I always like to start my events with bubbles to get in the mood, get to know the interests of each of you and continue the tasting with a few favorites. When the opportunity is right, you can have fun with one or two wines served blind.

My approach remains flexible according to your needs and knowledge, my primary objective being that everyone present can enjoy the moment and leave with a smile.
